Tropical Pineapple Acia Bowl



Saying goodbye to summer with this Tropical Pineapple Acia Bowl. This incredible acai bowl includes a thick pineapple berry smoothie, mixed with honey almond granola, and topped with yummy fruit! Not only does this bowl taste AMAZING, but the best part is that its all inside a pineapple!!




INGREDIENTS
half of a pineapple
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup pineapple
1/4 cup frozen berry's
1/4 cup frozen peaches
1/4 cup frozen banana
1 tbsp acia
1/2 cup granola
2 tbsp coconut chips
1 tsp chia seeds

DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut 1 pineapple in half. Scrape all the pineapple out of the inside.
  2. In a blender place the water, pineapple, frozen berry's, peaches, banana and acia. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour your smoothie into empty pineapple (if the smoothie is too runny, you can blend up your smoothie with some ice, or place your smoothie into the freezer until its at the consistency you like).
  4. Top your acai bowl with granola, coconut chips, fruit and chia seeds!
